The Ring of Fire to Take Place Over The Americas Skies on Saturday
Date: October 14, 2023
THE SOIL – If the weather cooperates, a spectacular astronomical phenomenon that millions of people can witness on Saturday will take place in the skies over the Americas. This occurrence occurs when the moon elegantly moves in front of the sun, allowing those who are lucky enough to see it to observe a solar eclipse.
It is expected that the next eclipse will be visible as it moves through a path that passes through parts of Mexico, the United States, and other countries in Central and South America.
There is a certain type of solar eclipse that will occur soon, and its viewable path has been established.

This Saturday is the Planned Date of the "Annular" Eclipse
When the moon passes between Earth and the sun, a solar eclipse occurs, temporarily obstructing the sun’s vision in a particular region of the planet. This Saturday is the planned date of the “annular” eclipse. This kind happens when the moon, which is comparatively far from Earth, lines up between it and the sun. This is not the same as a total solar eclipse because the moon is not entirely covering the sun’s surface.
Even though the moon is much smaller than the sun, it appears to almost fully conceal the sun when viewed from Earth, mostly because of its close proximity to our planet. To put things in perspective, the Earth is 7,918 miles (12,742 kilometres) across, the moon is 2,159 miles (around 3,476 kilometres) in diameter, and the sun is a colossal 865,000 miles (1.4 million kilometres) in diameter.
